Zane’s Partner Acrobatics classes are like no other! This class brings elements of yoga and acrobatics. You will learn the basics of how to base and fly within a group setting before moving onto learning the different motions and positions, and have lots of fun and giggles whilst getting a workout in!
Requirements: There are no requirements for this class. You will want to wear comfortable clothing you can move around in, you will not need a yoga mat to work on. Generally this class with be held on the puzzle mats in the fitness suite.
