Gemma runs both yoga and yoga fusion for beginners and intermediates.
Her yoga is a dynamic flow which often focuses on hip and shoulder mobility – a perfect class for climbers to target the areas they use most.
Hey yoga fusion classes are a little more intense, with a HIIT style element, always concluding with a traditional yoga cool down. This is a fusion of mobility and cardio.
Requirements: There are no requirements for this class, however if you would like to bring your own yoga mat/blocks you would be welcome. We do have our own at Boulder Shack, and cleaning materials, that you would be welcome to use.
