This course will teach you how to hone your agility, balance and coordination with practical guidance and established movement techniques.

Remember when you first started climbing and how quickly you improved? Let us help you to build momentum in your progression once again with this technique rich course. During the two sessions (one a week) you will learn from an experienced climbing coach in the Boulder Shack team who will tailor the content to your specific style and ability.

Although we know that technique is king when it comes to climbing, being physically fit and strong is vitally important and for many, the reason why they participate in the sport. In this one-off workshop you will learn the physical training essentials, plus some advanced tips and tricks on how to target your specific climbing goals.

Juniors (12-17 years old)

A three week course for kids wanting more. A replacement of open academy as a sort.
