Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Emily

Emily teaches yoga in a Vinyasa Flow style, bringing attention back to our breath and exploring fluidity within our body’s movement. She teaches with patience and kindness – encouraging all students to come back home to their body and find joy in movement, just as they are. Her classes are often inspired by nature and the energies of the seasons – after all, we are a part of nature.

When she’s not teaching yoga (or doing Boulder Shack’s admin!) she’ll likely be found reading, cooking, hiking or getting creative in some way!
