Yoga with Chiara

With a background in dance and dance science, Chiara has a wealth of knowledge around the body in movement and applies this to their yoga practice. Combining traditional hatha yoga with the sequencing and fluidity of ‘dance’ and vinyasa, their classes will challenge coordination; with alternating sessions focussed on specific areas of strength, stability and balance relative to climbing. These classes will challenge but is aimed at all abilities and welcomes any wanting to improve their core needs whilst climbing.
