Are you looking to advance your Pilates skills? We’ve got just the thing for you!

From Tuesday 25th April, our instructor Ayla, will be starting a new Pilates Circuits class.

Classes will be every Tuesday at 6pm, with the aim to provide a safe and effective full body workout.

What you can expect:

Full support

Ayla, our friendly and dedicated instructor will be overseeing the whole class.

Great Exercise

The non-stop, circuits are designed to give a full body workout using a variety of equipment.

What to bring

You can wear any clothing you find comfortable however it is encouraged to wear something a little tighter so Ayla can support you in your body alignment.

You may want to bring your own yoga mat and towel however we do have yoga mats and cleaning equipment you would be welcome to use.


A good level of Pilates experience and knowledge will be required with intermediate and advanced moves being used.


Classes are free for Gold Members, £8 for Silver and non-members.

If you’re an existing Silver member, to upgrade to Gold is just £7 per month!
