Climbing suggestions
Physiotherapist, Peter Wareham, has 20 years’ experience in musculo-skeletal therapy. He’s been working with climbers at Boulder Shack over the last 5 years, so really knows his stuff when it comes to training for climbers and how to avoid injuries.
During the talk, Peter will also explore the relevant anatomy for climbers, common muscle problems and forgotten muscles.
Live video
Ali Phillips will delve into some of the forces involved in bouldering and climbing and what it is holding you up when you climb. Ali will be presenting a live video of an operation and what surgeons can do to help if something goes wrong.#
Great discounts
Your ticket will give you 20% off food from the cafe on the night and you can pre-order your food for the interval!
