Beginners Coaching

Do you want to learn how to move smoothly and efficiently on the wall? Learn to use your feet as well as your arms? Our coaching class will provide you with fun warm up, coaching tips and drills and as a cherry on a cake, some injury preventing stretching at the end.

This session is best suited to climbers who are safe and competent in themselves but who have had little input from others about technique. Ideally you will be climbing V2 (Purple tags) or below.
