Pilates Circuits – Every Tuesday
A good level of Pilates experience and knowledge will be required with intermediate and advanced moves being used.
Come utilise your Pilates skills with a non-stop Pilates circuits class. A full body workout using a variety of equipment. Together we will bend, balance, strengthen and BREATHE!
Pilates with Ayla – Every Saturday
Ayla’s Pilates lessons will aim to teach a safe and effective full body workout; working your main muscles groups, targeting your core strength to support your spine, and realigning your posture. This class is aimed at mixed abilities from beginner – intermediate.
Requirements: There are no requirements for this class. You can wear any clothing you find comfortable however it is encouraged to wear something a little tighter so Ayla can support you in your body alignment. You may want to bring your own yoga mat and a towel, however we do have yoga mats and cleaning equipment you would be welcome to use at Boulder Shack.
