Ayla’s pilates lessons will aim to teach a safe and effective full body workout; working your main muscles groups, targeting your core strength to support your spine, and realigning your posture. This class is aimed at mixed abilities from beginner – intermediate.
Requirements: There are no requirements for this class. You can wear any clothing you find comfortable however it is encouraged to wear something a little tighter so Ayla can support you in your body alignment. You may want to bring your own yoga mat and a towel, however we do have yoga mats and cleaning equipment you would be welcome to use at Boulder Shack.
